1. By producing the CDs/DVDs on the home computer...

2. Online shop, such as Lulu...

3. Churches/individuals have access to either an online repository or the master files on CD/DVD, produce the CD/DVDs on demand and transfer any "donations"/finances via PayPal...

Those are the three methods I have come up with on the fly as it were... Any other ideas?
